The Service provides informational renovation guidance — an AI-generated plan, checklists, budget tools, and general advice for home bathroom projects. It is not professional, engineering, or licensed-contractor advice, and it is not a substitute for it.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Estimates, timelines, and costs are approximations and will vary. Always consult licensed professionals for plumbing, electrical, structural, waterproofing, and permit work, and follow all applicable local codes and permit requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 321 Home Renovation and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any renovation work you undertake.

5. Privacy

We store the project details you enter (such as your ZIP code, bathroom size, scope, and budget) and any email or phone number you choose to provide, in order to generate and save your plan and to connect you with professionals when you request it. We do not sell your personal information.
